This turtlewatching tour is unic in Madagascar. According to help
to preserve the specie we organize this ecotouristic trip with the
participation of LPNM Association. If you choose this tour, you participate to the preservation of the giant Green turtle. D1 : TANANARIVE – DIEGO Arrival Tananarive and flight to Diego. Transfert to the hotel. Leisure day. Rendez vous with the herpethologist guide member of LPNM Association for the brieffing. Dinner and night in hotel. D2 : DIEGO – NOSY HARA Departure for Ampasindava, then we take a speed boat for Nosy Hara. On the afternoon, we discover the karstic formations of Nosy Hara, tsingy forest and Antafianampamoriky’s caves. At thje sunset, depending the tide, we walk along the beach to observe the Imbricado turtle laying eggs. Dinner and night in camping at Nosy Hara. D3 : NOSY HARA – NOSY FOTSY During the morning we observe the rare birds, reptiles and colored frogs of the island. Then we take the speed boat to Nosy Fotsy . This no man island is famous because only the Green turtle come there to lay eggs. We observe them at the sunset, depending the tide. Dinner and night in camping at Nosy Fotsy. |

NOSY FOTSY – NOSY VAHY Earlier in the morning, we go on the beach to count holes and eggs for research. Then transfer by speed boat to Nosy Vahy, to discover the famous salt lake and his ecosystem. During the afternoon and depending the tide we go observe the Imbricado turtle. Dinner and night in camping at Nosy Fotsy. D5 : NOSY VAHY – NOSY HAO – VAHILAVA – NOSY HARA We go again on the beach for counting holes and eggs. Then transfer by speed boat to Nosy Hao. Then we dive to discover the colorful corral near the island. We go to Vahilava, a little fishing village, meeting Antakarana tribe. The village is situated near a feeding area of the Green turtle. Then we return to Nosy Hara Dinner and night in camping at Nosy Hara. D6 : NOSY HARA – AMPASINDAVA – JOFFRE VILLE Leisure morning. Then transfer by boat to Ampasindava, then we drive to Joffre Ville. Dinner and night in hotel. D7 : AMBER MOUNTAIN NP – ANKARANA RESERVE The morning, we discover the endemic fauna and flora of Amber Mountain national Parc. This wild humid forest is situated in a volcanic area and shelter many species of lemursand chamelions, also rare orchids and medicinal plants. On the afternoon, we drive to Ankarana reserve. On the way we stop to have a look to the red Tsingy. Dinner and night in camping at Prince campment. D8 : ANKARANA RESERVE All the day is consacred to the discovery of the primary forest, rocky landscapes and rary tsingy. At the sunset, we go for a night walk to observe the nocturnal fauna. Dinner and night in camping at Prince campment. D9 : ANKARANA RESERVE – DIEGO After the breakfast, we discover the Bats cave. Then we drive back to Diego. Dinner and night in hotel. D10 : DIEGO – TANANARIVE Transfer to the airport for the flight Diego/Tananarive. Arrival Tana, reception and transfer to the Relais des Plateaux for a day use. Leisure afternoon. Then transfer to the airport for the flight Tana/Paris.
